One of the largest natural history museums in the Southeast, Fernbank has many permanent and featured exhibits.  It also contains an IMAX theater with special Friday evening mixers for adults.

Oglethorpe University Museum
Despite the small size of its permanent collection, this museum exhibits a variety of art from many different cultural backgrounds. The museum also hosts lecture series and discussion panels.

Oakland Cemetery
Atlanta's oldest cemetery where many luminaries of the past have been laid to rest.  It's also known for its impressive statuary and lush park setting.
